  • The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or using the MakQuick mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  • About the App: MakQuick is designed for verified dealers in the home decor industry to:
    – Access a curated database of products (tiles, sanitaryware, plumbing, etc.).
    – Make selections
    – Generate quotations for their clients
    The product data is aggregated from various dealers across India and is displayed solely for quotation and visualization purposes.

  • Account Registration: To use the App, you must register using valid business and contact information. You agree to:

    – Provide accurate information (Name, Firm, City, Contact, GST if applicable)
    – Not share your credentials with others
    – Use the app only for authorized business purposes

  • User-Generated Content: Users may upload quotation data, product images, and other business-related content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and use such content for business facilitation and support.

  • Dealer & Product Disclaimers:

    – All products are uploaded by dealers. Maknon does not guarantee quality, availability, or specifications.
    – Product images may differ from actual goods.
    – Any dispute regarding product, warranty, delivery, or payment lies between buyer and seller directly.

  • Data Collection & Use:

    You consent to the collection of personal and business data, including GPS, contact, email, images, and firm details. This data:
    – Is stored securely on our servers
    – May be shared with verified professionals (architects, designers, clients)
    – Is used to provide app services and insights

  • Third-Party Services: We use third-party services such as analytics, storage, and push notifications. By using the App, you agree to their terms as well.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and designs in the App are owned by Maknon Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or misuse these assets without written permission.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, misuse of data, or illegal activity.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for:
    – Any indirect or incidental damages
    – Product disputes between users

    – Losses due to system downtime, data issues, or third-party service errors

  • Arbitration & Governing Law:

    Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Ahmedabad under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The laws of India govern these terms.

  • Revocation of Consent/Deletion of Your Data : You may update, correct, or confirm provided information by logging on to your accounts on the platform or by sending a request to Grievance Officer (details mentioned in Clause X of this Policy). The requested changes may take reasonable time due to verification process and server cache policies. In case you would like to receive a copy of the information held by us for porting to another service, please contact us with your request at the email address above.
    You may also choose to delete or deactivate your accounts on the platform. We will evaluate such requests on a case-to-case basis and take the requisite action as per applicable law. In this regard, please note that information sought to be deleted may remain with us in archival records for the purpose of compliance of statutory enactments, or for any other lawful purpose. Therefore, users are requested to carefully evaluate what types of information they would like to provide to us at the time of registration.
    You may revoke your consent to the processing of your information at any time with effect for the future. Please note that due to such revocation we might not be able to provide our services or may have to discontinue our services through the Platform for you. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal information where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
  • You can update, correct, or confirm your information by logging into your account .
  • Requests may take time due to verification and server cache policies.
  • You may delete or deactivate your account; we will process requests as per applicable laws.
  • Deleted information may be retained in archives for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.
  • You may revoke consent anytime, but this may limit or stop our services to you.
  • Withdrawal of consent does not affect our right to collect, use, or disclose information where permitted by law.
  • If you wish to request deletion of your personal data collected by [Your App Name], including Device ID, please contact us at [contact@maknon.in]. We will process your request within [X] business days and permanently delete your data from our systems.
